Mentoring Works Which May Not Stop

Many leaders who can not reach the finish line in his life very wellbecause the focus of their ministry is not what God wants. Paulmay terminate his service with the good, because it has a focusfor mementor people so that they become like Christ.

A leader will avoid burn out if the main focus discipling others toachieve the likeness of Christ. This is what should be the main focus of our lives. Billy Graham once said that if he could repeathis life, then one of the things he wants to do is make disciplestwelve men. Whatever you do, without discipleship as Jesus did, still there is something missing.

Become a Mentor In Intensive

We do have a role model for everyone, as part of our lifestyleeveryday. But more than that, we must be exemplary intensivelyfor a group of people. This process is called a process ofmentoring.

The purpose of our life as a leader is to imitate Christ. While on earth, Christ had twelve disciples to be leaders. Paul applied the same principles of Timothy and Timothy asked to forward it to people who can be trusted are also able to teach others.

Mentoring Outcomes Christ Is Open Letter

Is the ultimate goal of our ministry? Should the ultimate goal is to produce an open letter of Christ, which can be read by everyone. This is the correct target service. Have we become open booksand produce the books open to the world? If not, then our servicehas not been successful.

Why are church services today many do not have a major impacton this world? Because the church did not focus on producingexemplary examples on the next generation. And by example, weare writing the books open to be read by this world.

If we focus on producing books that are open, then God will entrustto us the ministry of the Spirit that animates. Open book is not writable by ordinary ink, but he can only be written by the Spirit of God.

Mentoring Through Modeling

Acts 1:1 is the basic principle of mentoring that Jesus did andtaught. Jesus did in advance what to teach him, then later Jesustaught. Why is this principle is very effective in the Kingdom of God? Because by looking at examples of what we teach, people can do it more easily.

It would be easier to teach someone how to operate a newlypurchased computer by giving examples of direct, rather than himreading the instructions of the manuals! Or teach someone how toswim by giving examples directly in the pool than swimming in theclassroom gives the theory.

Jesus taught these principles to his disciples; where the studentsreport what they do and teach (Matthew 6:30) Therefore beexemplary, so that Christianity is more easily done as a way of lifeby applying the Word in our daily lives -day.

Adults Through Mentoring

The biggest advantage in the conduct mentoring will cause both the mementor and the mentored will grow to maturity. By taking responsibility for being an example for other people, then we will grow in responsibility. Every word of God that we practice with the full responsibility will result in a very great power of transformation.
We will be very motivated to practice it. We will do so very excited. It is the same as when someone has a child. He will not feel tired and with a joy she is responsible for raising the child. It does that happen with people who are responsible for these? He must grow up fast. only one of the largest spiritual growth factor is accountability.

I CAN NOT PRACTICE WHAT L'VE DONE

There is a most important principle in conducting a mentoring: "we can not practice what we have done". Paul is not asking the Philippians to imitate his words alone, but that mainly is modeled after his example.

Edwin Louis Cole said that, "our children do not always listen towhat we say but they will always imitate what we do". Did you misstransferring a value, habits, character or lifestyle? Do those thingsfirst, it must be easily transmitted to people we mentor

You want the people you mentor have a breakthrough? You first have to experience it. We need to show people that we mentor how to build good relationships with family, serving in earnest, doing business with honest, well-led
